In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Newcastle District Registry  No 80218 of 2006 In the Matter of EUROPA MAGNETICS CORPORATION LIMITED and in the Matter of the Companies Act 1985 Notice is hereby given that a Petition was on 8 December 2006, presented to Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice for the confirmation of the reduction of the capital of the above-named Company from £37,000,000 to £4,706,530. And notice is further given that the Petition is directed to be heard at Leeds District Registry, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 3BG, on 9 February 2007, at 10.30 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Any Creditor or Shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the confirmation of the reduction of capital, should appear at the time of hearing in person or by Counsel for that purpose.
