(LP11773) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that on 13 December 2006, TS Nautilus GP Limited transferred to TS Kemble (GP), L.L.C., all of the interest held by it as a general partner in TS Kemble L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP11773. Accordingly, with effect from 13 December 2006, TS Kemble (GP), L.L.C. became a general partner in the Partnership and TS Nautilus GP Limited ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
