Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held at the office of DTE Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT, on 24 January 2007 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. A proxy form must be lodged at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT, by not later than 12.00 noon on 23 January 2007. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meeting, that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator obtain his release and that the books and records of the Company be destroyed 12 months after dissolution.
