NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10 Section 4 of the Water Resources Act, 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Stableford Properties Ltd, 18 Broadway, Bramhall, Stockport, Cheshire, SK7 3BT for consent to discharge a maximum of 10.8 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent from a package sewage treatment works serving 8 properties and a hall at Smethwick Hall Farm, Smethwick Lane, Brereton, Congleton, CW11 2ST into a tributary of the River Croco at National Grid Reference SJ 79977 63532. A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the above address during office hours, Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm. Details of this application for consent are placed on a public register, kept by the Agency and open for inspection by the public.
