Notice is hereby given that on 28 November 2006, Paddington Development Corporation Limited transferred the entirety of its interest in Merchant Square Building B Limited Partnership (LP11671) (The “Partnership”) to Ogier Corporate Trustee (Jersey) Limited (in its capacity as managing Trustee of the Merchant Square Building B Unit Trust), and accordingly Paddington Development Corporation Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
