Annual Liquidation Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 1Bentinck Street, London W1U 2ED, on 26 January 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am, and 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A person entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at the offices of The Lawrence Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London W1U 2ED, by no later than 12.00 noon on 25 January 2007.
