Pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Liquidator intends to make a first and final distribution to Creditors of the above-named Company and that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 28 February 2007, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Samantha Keen, of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, the Liquidator of the Company.
