THE HILLINGDON (HIGH STREET, RUISLIP) (STOP AND SHOP) (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2005 (AMENDMENT NO 1) 2006
THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 186) ORDER 2006

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 7 December 2006 it made these Orders which will: (a) Impose loading restrictions on the length of road as set out in Schedule 1 below; (b) Convert Business Bays operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday to Disabled Bays with the same operational hours in locations as set out in Schedule 2 below; (c) Convert the Disabled Bay in High Street, Ruislip, the south-west side, from a point in line with the northern boundary of No 50 High Street north-westwards for a distance of 6 metres, currently operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday to a Pay and Display Bay operational between 9.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday; (d) Relocate the Pay and Display Bays operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday. From High Street, Ruislip, the north-east side, from a point 3.6 metres north-west of the north-western boundary of No 143 High Street to a point 1.9 metres north-west of the south-eastern boundary of No 151 High Street. To High Street, Ruislip, the north-east side, between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 133 and 135 High Street, Ruislip and a point 30 metres south-eastwards; (e) Convert a Motorcycle Bay operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday to a Pay and Display Bay with the same operational hours, High Street, Ruislip, the south-west side, from a point 3 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 156 and 158 High Street south-eastwards for a distance of 6 metres; (f) Convert a Pay and Display Bay operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm to a Loading Bay with the same operational hours, High Street, Ruislip, the south-west side, between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 70 and 72 High Street, Ruislip and a point 11 metres south-eastwards. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 14 December 2006, can be seen at Ruislip Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made. Midcroft, Ruislip: (a) The north-west side, between its junction with High Street, Ruislip and a point 30 metres north-east of that junction; (b) The south-east side, between its junction with High Street, and a point 14.5 metes north-east of that junction. Loading prohibited between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday Ickenham Road, Ruislip, the north-west side, between its junction with High Street, Ruislip and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 14 and Rosedene Court, Ickenham Road. Schedule 2 Midcroft, Ruislip, the south-east side, from a point 20.5 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of High Street, Ruislip north-eastwards for a distance of 7 metres. King Edwards Road, Ruislip, the south-east side, from a point opposite a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Ruislip High Street to a point 19 metres north-east of the north-eastern boundary of No 1 King Edwards Road. 13 December 2006.
