Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Richard Kriegbaum transferred 100% of its original interest to (i) Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III “A” LP (38.4%), (ii) Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III “B” LP (11.6%) and (iii) Pantheon International Participations Plc (50%) held by it in Duke Street Capital IV UK No 3 Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England with registered number LP006464 (“the Partnership”) and with effect from 6 December 2006 Richard Kriegbaum ceased to be a Limited Partner and Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III “A” LP, Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III “B” LP and Pantheon International Participations Plc became Limited Partners in the Partnership. For and on behalf of Duke Street Capital General Partner Limited, in its capacity as General Partner of the Duke Street Capital IV UK No 3 Limited Partnership.
