A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Condor Insurance Limited (Company Number 40 of 2001), of Temple Building, Suites 10-11, Main & Prince William Street, Charlestown, Nevis, Federation of St Christopher and Nevis, presented on 27 November 2006 by Infineon Technologies AG, of AM Campeon 3, 85579 Neubiberg, Germany, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Charlestown, Nevis, Federation of St Christopher and Nevis, on 21 December 2006, at 9.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the English Insolvency Rules 1986 by 4.00 pm on 20 December 2006.
