Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at CLB Coopers, 5th Floor, Century House, 11 St Peters Square, Manchester M2 3DN, on 3 January 2007, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of considering the Liquidator’s release from office.
