Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, 1 City Square, Leeds LS1 2DP, on 12 January 2007, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting and to receive the Liquidator’s report, showing how the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and their property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
