IRISH LIFE STAFF PENSION SCHEME (UNITED KINGDOM)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she had a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the Irish Life Staff Pension Scheme (United Kingdom), which is to be wound up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment, in the United Kingdom, with the following Companies or any subsidiaries of the following Companies, namely: Irish Life Assurance Company Ltd Irish Life Assurance plc Irish Life (UK) Holdings Limited City of Westminster Assurance Company Limited is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 2 February 2007 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth and period of employment) to The Trustees of the Irish Life Staff Pension Scheme (United Kingdom) c/o Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, Clarendon House, 23 Clarendon Road, Belfast BT1 3BG (marked for the attention of Deborah McWhinney). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
