NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS FOR ROAD PURPOSES

1. Three months advance notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Haringey (Highway Authority) intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes. 2. The streets in which these works will take place are Woodgreen High Road N22 (from Westbury Avenue to Coleraine Road N22). 3. Work is expected to affect the carriageway as detailed below. 4. Work is expected to commence on: Week beginning 06/03/07. 5. The works notified will include the following: (a) Removal of the existing carriageway pavement structure. (b) Reconstruction carriageway pavement structure. (c) Reinstatement of carriageway line marking. (d) Adjust levels of ironwork. 6. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described in paragraph 5 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
