Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 2 Preston Park Avenue, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 6HJ, on 10 January 2007, at 10.15 am, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have her release. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at 2 Preston Park Avenue, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 6HJ, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meeting.
