THE A449 AND A456 TRUNK ROADS (KIDDERMINSTER, BLAKEDOWN AND HAGLEY BYPASS AND SLIP ROADS) ORDER 1996 (REVOCATION) ORDER 2006
THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT hereby gives notice that he has made the following Order: The A449 and A456 Trunk Roads (Kidderminster, Blakedown and Hagley Bypass and Slip Roads) Order 1996 (Revocation) Order 2006. This is an Order made under Sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980 providing that the A449 and A456 Trunk Roads (Kidderminster, Blakedown and Hagley Bypass and Slip Roads) Order 1996 be revoked. The order to be revoked authorises the Secretary of State to construct the A449 and A456 Kidderminster, Blakedown and Hagley Bypass and slip roads along the route shown in the plan folio HA 10/2 WM161. A copy of the Revocation Order has been deposited at the Highways Agency and other inspection centre addresses listed below where it is open to inspection free of charge during normal office hours. Please contact the inspection centre to check hours of opening and/or make an appointment. It is numbered Statutory Instrument SI 2006/3126 priced £3.00. Copies of the Revocation Order the A449 and A456 Trunk Roads (Kidderminster, Blakedown and Hagley Bypass and Slip Roads) Order 1996 (Revocation) Order 2006’ can be obtained free from the Highways Agency, Area 9 Team, Traffic Operations Directorate, Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BL. ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED by the Revocation Order who desires to question its validity, or the validity of any provision in it, on the grounds that— (a) it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, or (b) any requirement of the Act or of regulations made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Revocation Order, may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date of the first publication of this notice.
