At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company held on 29 November 2006, a Special Resolution was passed placing the Company into Members’ voluntary liquidation and appointing Kevin James Wilson Weir and Stephen John Tancock as Joint Liquidators and granting the Liquidators power to act jointly or by each alone. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being wound up, are required, on or before 5 January 2007 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Kevin James Wilson Weir of Smith & Williamson Limited, Imperial House, 18-21 Kings Park Road, Southampton SO15 2AT, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
