MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL BILL

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Parliament in the Session 2006-07 by Manchester City Council for leave to introduce a Bill (hereinafter referred to as “the Bill”) under the above name or short title. On or after the 1st December 2006, a copy of the Bill may be inspected and copies thereof obtained at a price of £1.00 per copy at the offices of Manchester City Council at The Licensing Unit, Room 1012, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M60 2LA or of the undermentioned Parliamentary Agents. Objection to the Bill may be made by depositing a Petition against it in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments, House of Lords or the Private Bill Office of the House of Commons. The latest date for the deposit of such a Petition in the first House will be 6th February 2007 if the Bill originates in the House of Lords or 30th January 2007 if it originates in the House of Commons. Information regarding the deposit of such petitions may be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of Parliaments, House of Lords or the Private Bill Office of the House of Commons, or the undermentioned Parliamentary Agents.
