Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final
Dividend will be paid within 4 months from the last date for proving. The last date
for Creditors to prove their debt in order to participate in any Dividend is Friday
29 December 2006. Creditors should send details of their claim to George Michael,
Ashcrofts, 601 High Road Leytonstone, London E11 4PA, together with supporting documentation.
Failure to prove a debt will exclude the Creditor from any future Dividend payment.
