PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN LOWER BOSTON ROAD AND GREEN LANE
THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 200*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce or change existing single yellow lines to double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at any time in the lengths of Lower Boston Road and Green Lane specified in the Schedule to this Notice. 3. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman Ltd, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London, W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel Parkman, telephone number 020 8326 3020. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP quoting reference 775294/ORD 3316/djc until the 27th December 2006. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Lower Boston Road (a) the north-east side, between the south-eastern kerb-line of The Heath at its south-easternmost junction with Lower Boston Road and the north-western kerb-line of Green Lane; (b) the south-west side, between the south-eastern side of the accessway leading to Marlow Court, Lower Boston Road and a point 10.00 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Green Lane.
