Notice is hereby given that on 5 December 2006 Tesco Aqua (2LP) Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in The Tesco Aqua Limited Partnership upon Tesco Aqua (2LP) Limited commencing Members’ voluntary liquidation. Tesco Aqua Unit Trust became a Limited Partner in the Limited Partnership on the same date upon the assignment of the Limited Partnership interest formerly held by Tesco Aqua (2LP) Limited.
