(Company Number 02903041) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors will be held for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the liquidation, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of, and approving the release of the Liquidator in accordance with Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
