Notice is given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned Derek Bruce and Michael Kelk, carrying on business as a Broadcasting Publications Firm at 4 Ashen Green, Great Shelford, Cambridge, under the name of Cambridge Broadcast Productions has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 29 September 2006 so far as concerns Michael Kelk who retires from the firm and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by Derek Bruce who will continue to carry on the business under the same name
