Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Begbies Traynor (South) LLP, Chiltern House, 24-30 King Street, Watford WD18 0BP, on 4 January 2007, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the winding-up.
