Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 15 November 2006, Pevest AG transferred to Cayvest Private Equity Inc. 100% of the interest held by it in Cognetas Fund II “B” LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP010579 and that with effect from 15 November 2006, Cayvest Private Equity Inc. was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner and Pevest AG ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
