THE HAVERING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. 89) ORDER 2006.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, on 23 November 2006 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
2. The general effect of the Order will be to impose waiting restrictions operative ‘at any time’ on the lengths of street specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 1994.
3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation 27 November 2006, of Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at the Technical Services Reception, 6th Floor, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Cedar Avenue, the west side
(a) between a point 10.00 metres south of the southern kerb-line of South View Drive and the southern boundary of No. 12 Cedar Avenue;
(b) between a point 10.00 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Gaynes Park Road and the northern boundary of No. 16 Cedar Avenue.
