(AMENDMENT NO. 90) ORDER 2006
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, on 23 November 2006 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to impose waiting restrictions operative ‘at any time’ on the lengths of street specified in the Schedule to this Notice. 3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation 27 November 2006, of Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at the Technical Services Reception, 6th Floor, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court. DOOLEY Head of Law SCHEDULE Bancroft Chase (a) the east to west arm, both sides; (b) the north to south arm (i) the east side, between a point 10 metres north of the east to west arm and a point 10 metres south of that arm; (ii) the west side, between a point 2 metres north of the common boundary of Nos. 48 and 50 Bancroft Chase and a point in line with the rear building wall of No. 50 Bancroft Chase. Turner Road (a) the east to west arm (i) the entire north side; (ii) the south side (a) between the western kerb-line of Upper Rainham Road and a point 17.00 metres west of that kerb-line; (b) between its western extremity and a point 5.00 metres east of that extremity; (b) the north to south arm (i) the entire west side; (ii) the east side, between the northern kerb-line of the east to west arm and a point 10.00 metres north of that kerb-line. Upper Rainham Road (a) the west side, between a point opposite party wall of Nos. 141 and 143 Upper Rainham Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 249 and 251 Upper Rainham Road; (b) the east side, between the party wall of Nos. 14 and 143 Upper Rainham Road and the northern kerb-line of Chestnut Avenue.
