Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden on 16 November 2006 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991, the details of which were modified, agreed as to those previously published in The London Gazette on 5 October 2006. The general nature and effect of the Orders will be: (i) To introduce a new Bus Lane in Tottenham Court Road, south-west side between Hanway Street and Stephen Street to operate between 11.00 am-10.00 pm Mondays to Saturdays. (ii) to amend the loading restrictions in that part of Tottenham Court Road, which corresponds with the above-mentioned Bus Lane to operate between 8.30 am to 10.00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays, except for the length of the lay-bye outside Nos 6-17 Tottenham Court Road. (iii) To reduce a 15 metre length of waiting restrictions from double yellow to no waiting between 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Mondays to Saturdays on east side of Kingsgate Road outside the Church. (iv) To relocate the bus stop and shared-use parking places outside 51-83 Mill Lane to introduce a new loading bay (v) To convert existing loading bay in Solent Road to resident bay. (vi) To introduce new loading restrictions on south side of Mill Lane from west kerb-line of Sumatra Road, westward for 25 metres. (vii) To amend the parking bays in Pandora Road to accommodate a disabled bay. (viii) To lengthen three residents bays and introduce two additional pay & display bays in Talacre. (ix) To lengthen a resident bay in Elaine Grove and remove a redundant disabled space. (x) To introduce a new free motorcycle parking places at 43 Constantine Road; 28 Park Village East; Alfred Mews. Relocate existing bay at 210 Regents Park Road and re-schedule bays in Kirby Street. A copy of the Orders which will come into force on 27 November 2006, together with details/plan showing the location, may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Culture and Environment Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
