NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

GDF Britain Ltd hereby gives notice on behalf of itself and E.ON Ruhrgas UK Ltd, RWE Dea UK Ltd and Faroe Petroleum UK Ltd, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Act 1998, that it has made an application to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for the grant of an authorisation for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between the Minke Field (UK Block 44/24a) and the D15 FA-1 Platform (Dutch sector D15).
A map delineating the route of the proposed pipelines and providing certain further information may be inspected, free of charge, at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on each weekday from the date that this notice is published and thereafter for 28 days.
Pursuant to a direction of the Secretary of State, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing and addressed to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry at the Department of Trade and Industry, ERDU-LED, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen AB11 6AR (marked FAO Kevin Clarke, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations), not later than Wednesday 20 December 2006, and should bear the Ref “RDBC/001/00289C”, and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
