Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidators of Multifloor Limited intend, within 4 months from 22 December 2006, to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors of above liquidation estate, and that any such Creditor wishing to participate in such Dividend must, on or before 22 December 2006, send in their full name and address, and full particulars of their debt or claim to the undersigned, Malcolm Fillmore, of Atherton Bailey LLP, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley RH11 7XL, the Liquidator of Multifloor Limited. Under Rule 11.2(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, a Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the last date of proving, being 22 December 2006.
