Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of Members of the Company will be held at the offices of Bishop Fleming, 6 St Michael’s Court, St Michael’s Square, Gloucester GL1 1JB, on 20 December 2006, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the Liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, to accept the Liquidators’ final report and account, and to approve the Liquidators’ release from office. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
