Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors in this matter within 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors who have not done so should lodge their proofs of debt with the Liquidator at Baker Tilly, Elgar House, Holmer Road, Hereford HR4 9SF, no later than 14 December 2006. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last day for proving mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend.
