NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

THE POWERS PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is herby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that The Powers Pension and Life Assurance Scheme is in the process of being wound up. The Trustee has sent a notice to this effect to the scheme membership. If you have not received this notice and believe you are entitled to benefits from this scheme, please provide written notice of your claim specifying the name of the scheme, your full name, address, National Insurance Number or details of your membership of the scheme plus any documentary evidence to the Trustee of The Powers Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, c/o Mohammed Azeem, Prudential, Kings Reach, 38-50 Kings Road, Reading RG1 3AA. Your letter must reach that address on or before 2 months after the date this notice appears and no later than 20 January 2007. After that date the Trustees will distribute all remaining assets of the scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim is received after that date.
