NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS

1. Three months advance notice is hereby given that Kirklees Metropolitan Council - Highways Service Intends to carry out substantial road works. 2. The streets in which these works will take place are: New road forming bus turnaround, Scholes, Cleckheaton 3, Work is expected to affect the carriageway / footway between: Foldings Avenue and Scholes Lane Work is expected to commence on ;- 31012007 (Work should begin within one month of this data), 5. The works notified will include the following: New road forming bus turnaround Subject to exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for period of 12 months from completion of works described in paragraph 6 without the consent of the said Highway Authority which shall not be unreasonably withheld Contact Point:- Mr. S.
