Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 16 October 2006, Allianz Private Equity Partners GmbH transferred to Az-SGD Private Equity Fonds GmbH, all of the interests held by it in Terra Firma Capital Partners II L.P.-C, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP 8204 (the “Partnership”), and that with effect from 16 October 2006, Allianz Private Equity Partners GmbH ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
