(Company Number 1249953) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Atherton Bailey, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, County Oak, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7XL, on 19 December 2006, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, both Meetings being for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. The Meeting of Creditors will also be asked to resolve that the Joint Liquidators be given their release in accordance with section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
