NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

Date of Dissolution: 19 July 1999. 2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of One Kemble Street, London WC2B 4TS (DX 123240 Kingsway) as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the above-mentioned Company vested when the said Company was dissolved on the above-mentioned date) hereby disclaims the Crown’s rights and claims (if any) in any action or legal proceedings for professional negligence against the Auditors of the said Company and the former Liquidators of any associated Companies where the claim against the former Liquidators involves the causation of losses to the said Company, and any rights of action against John Peter Broad in respect of any breach of his duties as a Director of the said Company, and the Crown’s title to all of the documents in the possession of Mounslows relating to the affairs of the said Company, the vesting of the same having come to his notice on 18 July 2006.
