Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, County Antrim BT9 6BS, on 1 December 2006, at 11.00 am.
The European Court Regulation (EC 1346/2000) applies in this case. The Company’s main centre of interest is within the United Kingdom and these proceedings will be the main proceedings as defined by Article 3 of the European Council Regulation.
The Meeting is convened for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, namely to consider the Directors’ statement of affairs, to appoint a Liquidator, and to establish, if thought fit, a Liquidation Committee.
A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, County Antrim BT9 6BS, during the two business days preceding the above Meeting, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
