NOTICE OF PRE INQUIRY PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE FLINTSHIRE UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

FIintshire County Council has prepared Proposed Changes to the Unitary Development Plan. The document containing a list of the Proposed Changes, along with the reasons for proposing them, are available for inspection during normal opening hours at the Main and Planning Receptions, County Hall, Mold, and at all Council Libraries. The Proposed Changes document will also be available for inspection on the Council’s website (www.flintshire.gov.uk/udp). The consultation period will commence on Friday 3 November 2006 and end at 5.00 pm on Friday 15 December 2006. Representations should be made in writing and sent by post/fax/e-mail or handed in at Planning Reception. No late representations will be accepted. Representations should clearly state the relevant contact details, which Proposed Change the comments relate to, the reasons behind the comments and any changes sought. Representations can only be made to the Proposed Changes and not to parts of the Deposit Plan that have remained unchanged, Only persons whose representations are made in writing and sent to the address specified below within the 6 week period ending on Friday 15 December 2006 may, in due course, present evidence to the Public Local Inquiry.
