TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27
CONVERTA LIMITED (1990) RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME
Notice is hereby given pursuant, to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee is winding-up the Scheme. Any former employee of Converta Limited (in Administrative Receivership) (the “Company”) who believes he or she is a Member of the Scheme but who has not already received or transferred his or her benefits out of it, or who has not been contacted by Independent Trustee Services Limited is requested to write to Shona Goulds, Independent Trustee Services Limited, 1st Floor, East Wing, Lloyds Chambers, 1 Portsoken Street, London E1 8LN, to make a claim for benefits before 10 January 2007, claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, and details of when they worked for the Company. After 10 January 2007, the Trustee will secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only for the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
