NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR AN ORDER OF STOPPING-UP HIGHWAYS

STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY AT HEADS OF THE VALLEY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, RHYMNEY

To whom it may concern.
Notice is given, that application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Blackwood Magistrates’ Court, on 11 December 2006, at 12.00 noon, for an Order that the following highways in the County Borough of Caerphilly shall be stopped up.
Highway running south to north fronting Convatec to the Heads of the Valley Industrial Estate, Rhymney.
The situation of the said highways to be stopped up are indicated on a plan which may be inspected at Ystrad Fawr, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7SF, Monday to Friday inclusive between 8.30 am and 4.15 pm, and are shown by black hatching on the said plan.
