Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a Dividend to all Creditors, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators at 2 a Low Ousegate, York YO1 9QU, on or before 4 December 2006.
