In the Dudley County Court  No 13 of 2006 In the Matter of BLACKWELL LOGISTICS LIMITED (Company Number 05078903) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Blackwell Logistics Limited, Dominque House, 1 Church Road, Dudley DY2 0LY, presented on 13 October 2006 by Total UK Ltd, t/a Total Butler, County House, Bayshill Road, Cheltenham GL50 3BA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Dudley County Court at Harbour Buildings, Waterfront West, Brierley Hill, Dudley, West Midlands DY5 1LN, on 7 December 2006, at 1035 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6 December 2006.
