THE GOODS VEHICLES (ENFORCEMENT POWERS) REGULATIONS 2001 (SI 2001/3981)

Notice is given that at 8.30 am on 2 November 2006, at Charlton Way, London SE3, B210/Shooters Hill, A2, the Vehicle & Operator Services Agency, by virtue of powers under regulation 3 of the Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) Regulations 2001 (the “2001 Regulations”) detained the following vehicle: Registration No: G490RNS, Make: IVECO-FORD, Type: Rigid. At the time that the vehicle was detained it bore the livery of S S C Scaffolding and was carrying scaffolding boards, tubes and fixings. Any person having a claim to the vehicle is required to establish their claim in writing, on or before 30 November 2006, by sending it by post to the Vehicle & Operator Services Agency at Vehicle and Operator Services Agency Road Traffic Enforcement, Towpath Road, Lea Valley Trading Estate, Edmonton, London N18 3JR (regulations 9, 10 and 22 of the 2001 Regulations). If, on or by the date given in this notice, no person has established that he is entitled to the return of the vehicle, the Vehicle & Operator Services Agency shall be entitled to dispose of it as it thinks fit (regulations 14 and 15 of the 2001 Regulations).
