LOADING RESTRICTIONS IN WRYTHE LANE, CARSHALTON
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton proposes to
make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule
9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act
1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The principal objective of the Order is to improve access to St. Helier hospital
car park and reduce congestion and delays for buses and other traffic. 3. The general
effect of the Order will be to introduce loading restrictions “no loading/unloading
at any time” in Wrythe Lane, Carshalton, outside St Helier hospital. 4. Full details
of the proposals are contained in the following documents: (a) the draft Order; (b)
the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order; and (c) a plan
showing the location and effect of the proposals. These may be examined at:

on 020 8770 6455. 6. If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send a
statement in writing including the grounds for your objection and quoting the
Reference WL562 to the address in the following paragraph by
Wednesday 6 December 2006 . 7. Please address your letter to
Planning, Transport and Highways, Transport Planning and Works, London Borough of
Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 2JG . 8. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be made aware that in view of
the Local Government (Access to information) Act 1985, this Council would be legally
obliged to make any comments received in response to this Notice open to public inspection,
if requested.
