(Company Number 03111696) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company and a General Meeting of Creditors will be held, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up since 20 July 2004, the date of liquidation, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
