Meetings of Creditors

In the Bristol District Registry  No 190AA of 2006 VENTURE DISTRIBUTION LIMITED(Company Number 04245120) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, that an initial Meeting of Creditors of Venture Distribution Limited will be held at Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, on 17 November 2006, at 10.30 am, to consider the Joint Administrators’ proposals and, if Creditors wish to do so, to appoint a Creditors’ Committee. Creditors of the Company, who were Creditors at the date of the Joint Administrators’ appointment, may attend this Meeting. A Creditor is entitled to vote only if he has delivered to the Joint Administrators, at Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, not later than 12.00 noon on 13 November 2006, details in writing of the debt claimed to be due from the Company, the claim has been duly admitted for voting purposes under the provisions of the Insolvency Rules 1986, and the Creditor has lodged with the Joint Administrators any proxy which he intends to be used on his behalf. A secured Creditor is only entitled to vote in respect of the balance (if any) of his debt after deducting the value of his security as estimated by him.
