NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has this day cancelled the registration of Rookwood Loco Working Men’s Club and Institute (Register No 702 W), the registered office of which is at Rookwood, 71 Sandown Road, Wavertree, Liverpool L15 4JA, on the grounds it has ceased to exist. The Society ceases to be entitled to the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
