Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Deloitte and Touche LLP, Gainsborough House, 34-40 Grey Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 6AE, on 19 December 2006, at 10.30 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and receiving any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the above Act.
