WOODSIDE SW19 AND LANCASTER ROAD, SW19

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991 (as amended) propose to make the above mentioned Orders.
2. The general effects of this Orders will be:-
(a) to lengthen a permit parking bay on the south-east side of Woodside which is located 8 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Rostrevor Road so that it will extend north-eastwards to a point 1 metre south-west of the common boundary wall of Nos. 6 and 7 Woodside;
(b) to remove the permit parking bay located outside No 7f Lancaster Road, SW19.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, a plan identifying the area affected by the proposed Orders and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be inspected during the Council’s normal office hours Mondays to Fridays at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof to the Environment and Regeneration Department (Ref ES/SGE/) at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX no later than 24th November 2006.
